14-Day Return Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate your return or exchange (transit time is not counted against this window).

• Simply purchase a return label through our portal to arrange a convenient drop-off or pick-up at preferred rates.

• As a courtesy, your return shipping costs will be credited toward your next order.

• Should you choose to exchange a piece, the shipping of your new item is entirely complimentary.

Conditions for Return To ensure a flawless experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that items be returned in pristine condition—exactly as you would wish to receive them.

• Immaculate State: All items must be returned new, unworn, and unaltered, with all original Aurelius & Co tags securely attached.

• Original Packaging: Our signature packaging—including branded boxes, dust bags, and authenticity cards—is considered an integral part of the product and must be included in your return.

• Footwear Care: Please try on all shoes exclusively on a carpeted surface to protect the soles until you are certain of your purchase.

• Consolidated Shipping: To expedite your request, please ensure all items you wish to return from a single order are sent back in one shipment
